We are looking for a candidate to join our People Attraction and Talent Management Team, responsible for Employer Branding and Recruiting activities for Allianz S.p.A. and other Insurance Companies of Allianz Group in Italy.
We're responsible for applicant sourcing, selection and interviews as well as advising our hiring managers on finding the best sourcing strategies and ensuring a good recruiting experience for everyone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Employer Branding activities, including participation to events and maintenance of career website contents
* Management of full cycle, end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, through constant collaboration and communication with the hiring managers
* Active sourcing: continuous search for tight target group profiles, building up pool of candidates

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Political Sciences or other related/equivalent topics
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs; familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
* Ability to communicate clearly and constructively with all levels, including senior management, within a multi-cultural organization
* Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines
* Results driven team player, able to engage and interact within an inter-functional, global work environment
* Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
