Job Description:

Join our growing HR Shared Services Center in Katowice and play a key role in building and leading HR operations across European markets.
As an HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team delivering HR processes within the SSC and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and contribute to shaping scalable HR solutions in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering HR processes within the SSC structure
* Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Support and coordinate the transition of HR processes from European markets into the SSC
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and build strong working relationships across countries
* Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor team performance using HR metrics and data, and take actions to improve efficiency and quality
* Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
* Identify risks and proactively address operational challenges
* Collaborate closely with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Operations)
* Contribute to building a scalable and future-ready HR Shared Services model

Qualifications:

Requirements
* Proven experience in TA, HR operations, HR Shared Services, or similar environment
* Previous experience in team leadership or coordination role
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., ATS, Workday) and data-driven approach
* Fluent English
