Job Description

You join the HR Development expertise center within the Human Resources Department of Natixis CIB, which is looking for a HR Development Officer for an internship of 6 months, from March 2026.
The Human Resources Department supports the business departments by providing them with advice and value-added solutions in their various projects and challenges for the transformation and development of employees' skills.
Within a team composed of 4 people and in collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be to participate in:
* The operational implementation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) roadmap for managers and HR Business Partners (framing support needs, deployment of communication/awareness actions, and organization of events);
* The implementation of actions in support of our employer brand issues, school relations and recruitment (for example, support for the organization of events with students within our premises, animation of collaborator communities, steering of our recruitments...);
* Support in organizing our onboarding actions with new entrants (interns and apprentices).
