Requirements:
* Current Student in the last semesters of Computer/Systems/Software Engineer, Finance, or Business Administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup´s, pivots tables, sorting data, macros)
* Microsoft Office in general
* 80% English level
* Power automate
* Share point management
* MS Forms
* Power Apps
* AI tools preferable (Copilot, Prompts)
* Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
* RFC (Mandatory).
* Good communication skills (verbal, written)
* Willingness to learn
* Positive attitude
* Proactive.

Your role:
* Workday Integration monitoring
* Send integration results to users
* Workday, PNET and T&A User support
* Execution of mass load processes in Workday
* Update Shrepoints
* Develop/update application instructions
* Facilitate meetings with Users
* HRIS Metrics management
* Interaction with providers (Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, T&A)
* Update Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power automate, Macros)
* Support to the following areas of Total Rewards:
* Benefits management
* Savings Fund
* Retirement (Pension Plan)
* Compensation management

Your Background:
* Advanced English
* Microsoft Excel proficiency ( Pivot Tables, Microsoft Excel Macros )
* Power Automate
* Power BI
* Student Business Administration , computer systems or a related field.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
* Student in final semesters
* RFC (Required)
