As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. As Talent Acquisition Intern for TikTok Trust & Safety's team, you will support recruitment for various roles such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, Program Managers and Algorithm Trainers etc. You will provide excellent candidate experience and look to optimise recruitment processes. - Assist with process documentation, project management, program coordination, on matters such as onboarding, employee engagement, employee development etc. - Understand the company HR policies, and provide support and answers to employees' queries. - Provide data analysis support on people-related matters. - Improve employee experience by organising and promoting culture-related activities. - Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices. - Other duties as assigned

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields. - Good communication skills (verbal and visual), systematic thinking, attention to detail. - Proactive and willing to take on challenges. - Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Previous work experience or internships in Human Resources, Project Management, Operations.
