Job Description

Vous rejoignez l'équipe Portfolio Management Real Estate and Hospitality Finance EMEA, qui recherche un Assistant Portfolio Management Real Estate and Hospitality, pour une alternance de 1 an à partir de septembre 2026.
Dans cette équipe nous gérons le portefeuille des financements immobiliers de Natixis sur les aspects relationnels et risques sur la durée des financements.
En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :
* L'aide au suivi des financements immobiliers en portefeuille, financements spécialisés et corporate : revues annuelles, analyses et notations financières (rating, LGD) ;
* L'aide au suivi des événements de crédits durant la vie des transactions (waivers, remboursements, restructurations…) ;
* L'étude quantitative et qualitative des données du portefeuille (actifs, sensibilité…), analyses thématiques, géographiques ou sectorielles ;
Vous travaillez dans un environnement international, au sein d'une communauté d'experts qui place l'excellence, l'impact et l'action collective au cœur de tout ce qu'elle entreprend.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Master's level student (Bac+5), you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in real estate/finance. You have a strong interest in commercial real estate (completing a specialized module in this field would be a plus). You are proficient in financial analysis and comfortable with Excel. You are rigorous, organized, and enjoy interacting with many different people.
And last but not least, you are fluent in English. Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
