Junior Dispute & Chargeback Officer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Dispute & Chargeback Officer to join our Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing dispute and chargeback processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance with card scheme rules, minimizing financial losses, and enhancing operational efficiency and controls.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

* Handle and manage card disputes (Visa & Mastercard) end-to-end

* Collect, review, and assess supporting documentation

* Ensure timely processing of disputes in accordance with card scheme rules

* Liaise with internal teams, merchants, and external partners

* Monitor dispute cases and follow up to resolution

* Maintain accurate records and reporting

Who Are We Looking For

* Experience in dispute handling within banking or payments

* Knowledge of Visa ,Mastercard ,Amex chargeback rules and processes

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Ability to manage high volumes and meet strict deadlines

* Attention to detail and ability to assess documentation critically

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in fintech, PSP, or banking environment.

* Familiarity with dispute management systems/tools.

* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks is considered an advantage.
