Job Description:

Responsibilities

*Good Understanding and Knowledge of Financial Statements
*Conduct detailed research on valuation methodologies and trends for businesses.
*Help in gathering data and preparing reports on industry trends and economic conditions impacting business valuations.
*Assist in drafting and organizing business valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presenting key findings.
*Support in identifying comparable companies, transactions, and market data to benchmark valuation assumptions.
*Work alongside senior analysts to ensure comprehensive and accurate valuation deliverables.
*Participate in special valuation-related research projects as assigned, contributing insights and analysis to ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

*Pursuing master's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required.
*Financial analysis and accounting knowledge
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with a willingness to further enhance technical skills.
*Independent, critical, and creative thinking
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to break down complex financial information and balance sheet exposures
