What You'll Do
You will join the HR team based in BCG's Milan office as a Recruiting Trainee, supporting the recruitment of junior BST (Business Services Team - i.e. BCG corporate functions) professionals across the East Mediterranean and Caspian (EMC) System.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting within one of the world's leading management consulting firms. Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you will support the hiring process for junior BST talent across the EMC System, which includes offices in Italy, Greece, Türkiye, Israel, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. Your responsibilities will range from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
At BCG, BST professionals are the business and functional experts who enable the firm's consulting teams and operations to succeed. BST roles span a wide range of functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT.
You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and engage directly with candidates, contributing to an efficient recruitment process and helping deliver an outstanding candidate experience across this wide geographical system, with a strong international exposure.

You're good at:

* Supporting end-to-end BST recruiting processes for internship/junior positions across the EMC System, from job posting to offer coordination;
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels;
* Screening CVs and supporting initial candidate assessments;
* Coordinating interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring managers across EMC offices;
* Contributing to the optimization and digitalization of recruiting and HR processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data quality;
* Supporting the management of the BST internship population across the EMC System, acting as a key point of contact for interns and line managers throughout the internship journey;
* Monitoring internship programs and facilitating performance review, feedback, and conversion processes in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
* University degree or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field);
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
* Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and interest in GenAI tools and digital innovation;
* Strong interest in Human Resources, people topics, and organizational development;
* Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and a natural people-oriented attitude;
* Strong organizational skills and reliability.

This opportunity is offered as a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development within BCG. As this is an internship position, participants will receive a monthly allowance, in accordance with the internship agreement. Interns will also benefit from:
