Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? (COMPANY NAME) is looking for its next HRIS Data Apprentice, starting in September 2024. You will join de HR transformation team. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
The HR Transformation team has entered a new phase of continuous improvement and efficiency optimization to embed the transformation at every stage of the employee life cycle. This should be done through driving the adoption of our existing platforms, influencing the local and global digital HR roadmaps, bringing more process harmonization and simplification, and defining AI use cases to unleash the potential of our HR data and transform them into valuable insights and services.

Your key missions:
* You will support data quality initiatives by ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely review of activities and trends
* You will assist in data analysis by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from various sources to support HR decision-making processes
* You will develop and maintain documentation on HR data processes, policies, and procedures
* You will foster a data-oriented culture through animation of global HR communities
* You will assist with the creation and distribution of HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
* You will participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed as part of the HR transformation team

* You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and looking for an apprenticeship
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday is a plus
* Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, team player
* A good level of French and English is needed
