Poste : Assistant administratif RH
Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) pour un CDD (emploi étudiant) d'une durée d'un mois afin de nettoyer et consolider des fichiers Excel.

Principales missions :
* Analyser et nettoyer des fichiers de données.
* Croiser et réconcilier ces données.
* Identifier et corriger les doublons, erreurs et incohérences.
* Respecter strictement les règles de confidentialité et de protection des données personnelles (RGPD).

Profil recherché
* Vous êtes étudiant(e) et vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel (filtres, tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions de recherche et de correspondance, formules
* Rigueur, sens du détail et bonne capacité d'organisation.
* Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à communiquer clairement les problèmes rencontrés.

Functie: Administratief Assistent HR
Wij zoeken een student(e) voor een tijdelijk contract (studentenbaan) van één +/- maand om Excel-bestanden op te schonen en te consolideren.

Belangrijkste taken:
* Analyseren en opschonen van databestanden.
* Matchen en reconciliëren van deze gegevens.
* Identificeren en corrigeren van duplicaten, fouten en inconsistenties.
* Strikt naleven van vertrouwelijkheidsregels en de bescherming van persoonsgegevens (AVG).

Gewenst profiel:
* Je bent student(e) en hebt een zeer goede beheersing van Excel (filters, draaitabellen, zoek- en vergelijkingsfuncties, formules).
* Nauwkeurigheid, oog voor detail en goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
* In staat om zelfstandig te werken en problemen duidelijk te communiceren.
