Position Summary You will join our early talent and recruitment team to support campus and early career hiring in India. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to attract and engage students and early professionals. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset. You will help unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support end-to-end recruitment activities for early talent programs, including sourcing, screening and candidate communications. - Coordinate campus and virtual events, manage logistics, and support employer branding activities. - Maintain recruitment systems, job postings and candidate records with attention to quality. - Prepare materials, manage shipments and maintain inventory for campus and event use. - Track recruitment expenses and support timely reporting and invoice reconciliation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, vendors and internal stakeholders. Why You? This role is on-site in India. The position will involve occasional travel for campus events. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience. - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, campus relations, or HR coordination. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common collaboration tools. - Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. - Comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders, from students to hiring managers. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience managing campus events, information sessions or virtual booths. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms. - Experience handling budgets, invoices and travel or shipping logistics. - Previous work within a large or matrix organisation. - Ability to travel nationally for events when required. - Interest in early talent strategy, employer branding or recruitment operations.
