YOUR ROLE

* Deals with customer needs as first point of contact.
* Strives for excellent customer service delivery.
* Is responsible for key accounts / customers.
* Maintains detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
* Reviews purchase orders and follows up on credit releases.
* Follows up on deliveries and inventory allocation.
* Fill rate analysis.

YOUR SKILLS

* Knowledge and previous experience in national accounts (for example Soriana, Casa Ley, HEB, Walmart, Chedraui)
* Knowledge of process mapping
* 2-3 years of previous experience in similar roles
* SAP management
* Intermediate English
* Bachelor's Degree
