Location: Warsaw 
Type of employment: Employment contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

* Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process

* Manage customer orders and monitor there fulfillment

* Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers

* Register and manage customer complaints 

WE ARE EXPECTING:

* Fluent Italian (C1)

* Good knowledge of English (B2)

* The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships

* Good communication

* Capacity to quick adaption to a new situation

* IS/IT systems knowledge
