Cluster Category Manager M&S (m/f/d)

Are you ready to take on the challenge of optimizing procurement strategies across diverse markets?

We are seeking an outcome-oriented, strategic-thinking Cluster Category Manager to oversee the Marketing & Sales categories in Poland & CzHuSk Cluster. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative sourcing strategies, leading impactful projects, and contributing to business growth.

Position:

As Cluster Category Manager, you will oversee procurement initiatives for Marketing & Sales categories, ensuring that sourcing strategies are aligned with global objectives while being tailored to meet the unique requirements of local markets. Working closely with internal business stakeholders, together with your team, you will identify innovative solutions, cost optimization opportunities, and synergies across the countries within your cluster, continuously striving for improved efficiency and stronger supplier relationships. The role involves business travels to ensure effective collaboration and relationship-building. Part of your job will be also:

* Driving implementation of cluster strategies and contributing to global and regional strategies development, in close alignment with business priorities

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring procurement solutions effectively support business objectives

* Developing supplier intelligence, optimizing supplier pool and strengthening strategic partnerships to improve performance and resilience

* Leading the category team, setting clear direction, and supporting their development and growth to prepare them for future opportunities

* Ensuring delivery of targets, leading cost optimization initiatives, and driving continuous improvement to support long term business results

Requirements:

* Solid experience in procurement or related area (ideally within FMCG or a similar industry)

* Experience in leading people, especially in an international setup

* Hands-on experience shaping strategic approaches

* Proven supplier management and stakeholder partnership

* Ability to translate business needs into practical, workable solutions
