Overview We are hiring a Planning Manager to shape impactful media strategies for a portfolio of well-known FMCG brands across food and family categories. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, culturally relevant campaigns that reach millions of households across the UK and Ireland. You'll sit at the centre of client relationships, translating insight into meaningful plans that drive growth and brand connection. Responsibilities Leading the day-to-day delivery of media planning across established household brands in the food category Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong partnerships across UK and Ireland markets Turning business challenges into clear, effective media strategies that support brand growth Managing and developing Planning Executives, supporting their progression and performance Identifying proactive opportunities by spotting market trends and bringing fresh ideas to clients Ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, including financial processes and planning quality Collaborating with internal teams, partners and media specialists to create integrated, high-impact campaigns Qualifications Experience in media planning or a similar strategic role, with understanding of campaign delivery Confident communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to a range of audiences Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight Collaborative approach, building strong working relationships across teams and clients Proactive attitude, with curiosity to explore new opportunities and improve outcomes Passion for delivering high-quality work and creating meaningful client impact Additional information Zenith UK offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
