Overview Tremend is looking for a colleague to join our Business Operations Delivery team, working closely with company leadership and directors. The role focuses mainly on creating and maintaining operational reports in Excel, consolidating data from multiple internal sources, and supporting leadership with allocation, staffing, and project-related reporting. Responsibilities: Working with operational and leadership data, related to people and project allocations, staffing changes, new hires, bench status, and project evolution Building reports from scratch based on business needs Maintaining existing reporting structures and ensuring data accuracy across systems Understanding requests and translating them into clear operational reports, as reporting requests usually come directly from directors and leadership and may vary depending on business needs Supporting operational processes such as: monitoring timesheet completion for employees leaving the company, introducing overtime hours into internal systems, supporting travel coordination and coverage tracking for directors, and ensuring required travel documentation and operational updates are completed. Working in Jira and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Mural in order to maintain project information, update or create workflows and custom fields when needed, and keeping leadership collaboration boards updated.
