HR Coordinator
(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest Factory)

YOUR responsibilities as an HR Coordinator will include:
HR Operations & Employee Support
* Act as a key HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related questions and ensuring high-quality employee experience
* Manage day-to-day HR administration activities in liaison with Payroll teams (employee data, contractual changes, onboarding formalities, retirement simulations, part-time arrangements, etc.)
* Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, social indicators and mandatory reports (e.g. Social Report, workcouncil data,etc)
Training & Onboarding Plan
* Support and advise managers on Training plan
* Coordinate Factory Training Plan (including mandatory safety, QFS training, etc)
* Create onboarding plan for all new Danoners in each function
Culture & Engagement
* Coordinate the deployment of local employee engagement and social surveys
* Co-build, deploy and monitor action plans to strengthen engagement and culture at site level
We are looking for an HR Coordinator with the following profile:
Qualifications & Experience
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Business School or University)
* 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
* Strong understanding of labor law and social regulations
* Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong organizational skills with a structured and methodical approach
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong synthesis skills
* Advanced proficiency in HR systems and IT tools, especially Excel (including pivot tables and macros)
* Strong operational mindset with a team-oriented approach
