Обязанности:

* Drive high-impact data quality initiatives by designing and implementing scalable validation frameworks, automated checks, and monitoring systems to ensure data integrity across all key sources.

* Develop and manage a comprehensive data quality strategy that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable improvements in data accuracy, consistency, and usability.

* Create impactful analytical reports and dashboards that surface trends, uncover risks and opportunities, and enable leaders to make confident, data-backed decisions.

* Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions and guiding teams on best practices for data use and reporting.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, IT, Product, and Business) to enhance data pipelines, optimize data collection processes, and improve overall data readiness.

* Lead investigations into data anomalies and discrepancies, identifying root causes and driving long-term solutions that prevent recurrence and improve data reliability.

* Promote data literacy and self-service analytics, providing training, documentation, and support that empower teams to interpret and act on data with confidence and impact.
Требования:

* Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Economics or related preferred)

* Analytical skills - create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities

* Excellent communication skills - to build strong working relationships internally and externally

* Proactive approach - drive reporting development and continuous improvement

* Technical stack - Python/SQL/Power BI

* Experience with machine learning methods and their practical application
