Key Account Manager

For Sweden Sales Team

Stockholm

Do you have a result-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work and deliver in a constantly evolving environment?

Then we have a great opportunity for you as a Key Account Manager within our Swedish sales team. In this role, you'll have the exciting responsibility of driving our account strategy, guided by our Country Head. Your primary mission? To develop the sale and promotion of ground-breaking (COMPANY NAME) products, ensuring they reach both existing and prospective clients. Encourage consumer engagement and bolster client relationships within the strategic frameworks of our sales approach and distribution policy.

You will:
* Hit and exceed sales and profit targets while upholding our high standards and values.
* Expertly manage accounts in a multi-channel retail environment, propelling growth in both traditional and e-commerce channels.
* Maximize conversion rates at the shop front, ensuring our products reach the end user effectively.
* Stipulate and define price policies and contract terms that keep us competitive and profitable.
* Define and implement an effective distribution strategy with our valued Key Accounts.
* Create and augment in-house share among our valued customers, making us their go-to choice.
* Achieve and exceed ranging and stock level targets, strategically positioning our products.
* Manage CI agreements with customers, optimizing and tracking qualitative and quantitative rebates.
* Ensure our customers align seamlessly with our European Partner Program for mutual success.
* Support high-level negotiations with Key Accounts, staying within defined sales management parameters.

You will have:
* A significant commercial experience in a similar role.
* Proven expertise in multi-channel retailing and knowledge of e-commerce marketing and sales.
* Detailed and deep knowledge of industry, competitors, retail, and consumers.
* Strong skills and experience in complex negotiations with major key accounts.
* Knowledge of Account and Category Management concepts.
* Good holistic thinking and conceptual selling skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong drive to win with a creative mindset.
