Poste et missions :

- Analyze customer and market data to identify opportunities for new business development (including, price band analysis, price guidance vs. real market price, matching market size with actual sales to identify gaps and opportunities (e.g. ChameleoBoost), competitive intelligence, identifying cross selling opportunities, etc. )

- Translate data into actionable recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Optimize and drive use of Omya CRM (Salesforce) for business analysis.
- Develop Dashboard and reports to follow up on project milestones and sales development.
- Support development and maintenance of price books in Sales Force
- Run statistical analysis of large data sets generated through DOE of a wide variety of paint formulation and
- Explore opportunities for application of AI (High Throughput Experimentation - HTE)
- Support implementation of new products in the regions through Omya defined processes (PAP requests, material number creations, etc.)

Requisiti del candidato:

University degree in Marketing / business with a specialisation in artificial intelligence
Proven experience using a CRM (Salesforce would be an asset)
Good knowledge of the office pack / excel and power BI is essential, you are at ease with figures/data
Experience in B2B customer management
Ability to produce clear and concise documentation for users and technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset and strong autonomy in the search for solutions
Proven project management skills and ability to manage several subjects in parallel
Fluency in French and English
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Rigour and confidentiality

Accommodation will be provided for the VIE

12-month assignment that can be extended for a further 6 months ==> Opportunity to sign a permanent contract
