Your role

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

* Analyze CVs and liaise with recruitment agencies

* Conduct selection interviews for blue-collar positions

* Organize training courses for ASR, apprentices, and technicians

* Assist in managing attendance records

* Support in handling HR administrative processes (contracts, hiring, terminations)

* Update and archive employee documentation

* Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis

Main requirements:

* Passionate and versatile individual with strong adaptability to interact with various stakeholders (Directors, Function Managers, Supervisors, and Production Operators)

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

* Ability to quickly achieve autonomy in assigned projects

* High level of precision and attention to detail

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Preferably a recent graduate in economics, business, or a related field

* Ability to communicate effectively in a production plant environment with different interlocutors
