HR Recruitment Intern

Position: HR Recruitment Intern - June 2024
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Duration: 6 months to 1-year

Responsibilities:
* Drafting employment contracts, addendums, and internship agreements.
* Updating follow-up tracker and database daily.
* Generating regular reports.
* Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events for graduates and interns.
* Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires.
* Collaborate closely with HR team members, internal clients, and applicants throughout these tasks.
* Participate in various internal HR/recruitment projects.

Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French and/or German will be considered assets.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.
