Would you like to learn more about HR?
Join our HR team as an HR Intern to gain valuable experience in an international environment to support us in the daily operations and projects.
The HR department is aimed at supporting NLC proactively in the complete field of HR, where main areas of responsibility are payroll, recruitment, onboarding, sickness guidance, learning and development and overall HR support to all levels of management at NLC.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for our SodaStream takeover process, where you will lead the process of agency workers getting a SodaStream contract.
* Support our Employee Experience in the planning and execution of corporate events
* Administrative support on hires, terminations, sickness guidance or mutations for our HR Business Partners and Payroll within SodaStream NLC
* Join in on meetings, job interviews, supporting with Talent Acquisition tasks, etc.
* Support on Learning & Development related topics in which you can take the lead.
* Answer first line questions from colleagues in our office
* Responsible for all incoming e-mail in our collective mailbox and making sure they end up with the right colleague
* Carry out your own projects. Is there something you would like to add to our business?

Qualifications
