GAES Legal Trainee

For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca (COMPANY NAME) is looking for a talented person interested in making the difference in the Legal & Compliance Department in our HQ located in Barcelona.

Besides the opportunity of learning and experiencing how a global, fast-paced company works you will play a key role being involved in the main activities of our Legal & Compliance Department.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.  
 
You'll be in charge of:  
  

* Assistance in the preparation and implementation of Company internal policies and monitoring procedures, both judicial and extrajudicial.
* Review and processing of business agreements, NDAs, notices, and other legal documents.
* GDPR Support (training design for employees, data maintenance, resolve queries from other departments…)
* Provide legal support to all departments of the business, specifically our shops and the Marketing Department in creating legal frameworks, advertising, and reviewing marketing and promotional materials.
* Manage administrative tasks related to the Legal department.
* Collaborations with authorities in compliance with healthcare product regulations.

 
 
You are the right person if you:  
  

* You have recently successfully completed or are completing a Master degree in Spanish Law.
* You are comfortable in an international environment where English and Spanish are required on a daily base.
* You have the ability to work with Microsoft Office.
* You are a proactive person with analytical capacity and you have excellent communications skills (verbal and in writing).
* You are able to manage your time autonomously, work with multi-task projects and meet deadlines.
* You like to work with people, interacting, speaking and presenting to diversified group of people.

* You are highly organized and meticulous about details; interest in learning in a dynamic and innovative sector, full dedication
