We are looking for motivated and ambitious Culinary Interns to join our kitchen teams

Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across various kitchen sections (hot, cold, breakfast, buffet…)
* Support mise en place and stock control
* Follow food safety & hygiene procedures (HACCP standards)
* Contribute to à la carte service and special event operations
* Learn international cuisine techniques from skilled chefs
* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen
