“Study and Work abroad”
Anaelle T
France, Undergraduate
Business Studies, 2021
Overall
As an international student from France currently studying in Dublin, I am looking for an intership abroad.
I study mostly business related courses such as Finance, Economics, Digital Transforation, HR, Marketing, etc. My goal is to find an internship that will suit the competencies I have acquired at school and in my previous internship as well as I what I wish do to in my career, what I like.
IAgora is a great way to do that since it proposes so many intern positions, in different countries and in a wide range of fields!

Overall
- Courses are good
-Teachers pay most attention to you in first year after that its dIY
-Students are nice but sometimes it can be quiet quiet
- 4/5 is fair, the grounds are nice and everyone offers to help quite often, rarely anything negative going on.

Careers
- they offer internship and career help but it is not the greatest support considering I'm on this website shows how well their programme is. I would say 6/10

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Independence, near the campus and pretty new. its a residence called Shanowen Hall, just like on campus residence but better in terms of independence and facilities.

Personal comments
The University could have helped more in housing services. The situation has changed this year, as there are two new residences near the university campus that are prety good. Last year there were not such student residences, and housing was based in looking for houses near the University. The houses in dublin are quite old and many facilities. The University residence is only able to accomodate 30% of the students, so the new residences have been very handy, also to lower prices, as housing prices in Dublin are quite high.

Final comments
The accomodation on campus is the best option as it is not very expensive and it is just one step far from the faculty and the library. Regarding the facilities on campus, there is a gymnasium, a supermarket, a travel agency and a pub (to have some pints of Guinness)
