Havana Club (bar/dancing). The old town is fantastic. Lots and lots of restaurant and small bars. You must not miss 8.december: Fetes des Lumieres!

At campus you get to know other exchange students, facilities are good. Close to school. If you want to get a better understanding of french culture and people try to find your own housing in the city. Must start early, many students in Lyon.

That you shold never mention if you are staying for a shorter periode than 1 year when looking for housing, it is better to check the cancellation policy. and start looking early
