The School plays a role in shaping government machinery in response to a changing world. Training the civil servants who will implement change
requires constant adaptation of the course, the subject matter and the teaching methods.
The School also offers young civil servants and government officials from other countries (and is some cases students intending to join the civil service in their home country) identical training to that available to French students.
