I wish I had known...
That my dormitory was NOT the pretty new one situated next to the university, but this ugly and old building next to a refinery.

In general, Bratislava is a nice little city.
It also is a good point to start travelling around and offers cheap flights to many places.

I am very grateful for having an opportunity to get my education from Economis university. We had some very high quality classes for example Human resources management, Price decision making in marketing or marketing communication. I met a lot of great and brave people which also added value to my life.

For a list of courses ask one week before the start of the semster in the International Relations Office in Bratislava.
The old town is very beautiful but small. Public transport is comfortable and I would recommend to buy a travel card for three month. It is cheaper with an student´s confirmation by the University.

I wish I had known...
that the student home (the old one) is not nice to live in! i would have looked for a place to stay myself.

i would not go back because the courses are really bad (you learn nothing)-and it can be very gray and sad were the university is (outside of town-petrazalka). i had problems with accomodation. just took it because it was not too far from home (vienna).I would not recommend going there if you are from somewhere else.
