It bodes well to arrange as much as you can before you arrive. Although In my case I wanted to have subjects from various departments so I had to wait till I could see what was really offered and what was not classing in the timetable. I was disappointed that exams were written in the sportshall with hundrets of other students and I could not choose when I wanted to do each subject.

I would change the way of examing. At my home university each teacher is responsible for his/her way of examing and students can choose the date they like.

make sure to keep checking schedules, esspecially if you do not belong to one specific time table.

less weight on the final exams, it puts alot of pressure on the student for one test.

If it is to be an engineering school, than it would be better to have some engineering subjects as well, which is far from being the case now. Actually it might be quite hard to do engineering, when the majority of students cannot make the difference between integration and differentiation... However, the emphasis should be more on scientific subjects, not on things that are basicly common sense and can be learned in pnly one week of your first job...

An english course for foreign students would have been very helpful!! Nothing about geography... That's a pity when u study tourism, it supposed to be the bases!!

courses have to be more organised as regards the schedulling of the course content and on going assesments.courses should be more interractive.

students should be required to have a stronger grip on fundamental sciences, such as advanced calculus, statistics and advanced algebra, to have interract better with final year subjects.

The level of the courses are pretty low.
