Expenses
Main source of funding:
An ERASMUS grant
Other sources of funding:
Family<br> Personal savings
Work opportunities:
I didn't explore any work options
Personal spending habits
I spent more on food and accommodation because prices there in Belgium are higher than in Poland. Personal comments
In order to save some money on food, I advise shopping at big markets like GB or Delhaize. They offer cheap but good quality food products ("Produit Blanc", "Derby"). If you intend to travel in Belgium a lot, consider buying a go-pass - a book of ten train tickets, allowing to go to any place in Belgium for no more than 150 BEF.

Food is a bit more expensive than in Germany, probably because of the higher VAT (value added tax).
