I beleive that ICADE provides good service regarding housing. However, me and my friend did not involve them at all and chose to find an apartment in Madrid by ourselves.

housing arranged by the university is possible though it's quite expensive. the university ("Oficina de Información y Acogida") offers a list of vacant flats close to ICADE. very helpful.

Very cheap and basic. Ideal for studying and learning to cook, wash, and all the things people should learn to live by themselves.
