I really didn't like the university, but Rouen is great. It is close to Paris which is awesome. Try to take advantage of its proximity to one of the greatest cities in the world.

It is an excellent university, especially regarding its international programs. If your French is not that good, be careful with taking the highest level of Finance or Accounting courses because it is a great challenge to familiarize with the vocabulary.

To study abroad has been among the most exciting and valuable experiences of my life. Rouen and France offer a great variety of cultural opportunities and a great location for living and travelling. If you have an international scope for your career, you should definitevely just go somewhere and France is a great place to start!

Relationships with the campus management were difficult; loads of bureaucracy etc. Tiny rooms with relatively expensive prices but the ambience with other people living there was good.
