The understanding in the lecturs was ok at the beginning and I think I improved every week, same in written assignments. The communication with english students coming from the south was better than with people from the north. After few month I understood as far as possible the Yorkshire accent, but to be honest, I guess I will never know which bargain the cashiers at WHSmith wanted to offer me.

At first it was a little bit hard, because you dont understand so good the teacher, but it becoms better, so finally you dont have any problems to understand and to study. The first examns were hard, we had to revise the dictionary all the time, but then, you have practise, so things became easier.

you can also learn a lot from international students, but if you have the possibility to live with an English student, you should do it No problem to communicate by writing the assignments you learn a lot

In the beginning I had difficulties with the local accent but this was only the first few days. Soon I could understand and speak pretty good.
