Most of the times I spoke english. However, as my flatmate was Brazilian, I was "forzed" to learn portuguese. It was a great opportunity for learning another language

Nightlife in Lisbon is just amazing. All kinds of night spots, indoor and outdoor, many areas full of places and I guess by far the lowest prices in Western Europe.

The university offered a language course from the beginning of the academic year on, but was totally overrun with the students from abroad. Classes with 40 or more people made the language courses unmotivating and unefficient.

I already had fluent spanish so at first I could lsiten and understand until I had the confidence to speak as well. I became integrated very fast.
