“Rome 3 University, should you go?”
Lucas R
Italy, Undergraduate
International Relations, 2019
Overall
Located in the south of Rome, the University is divided into several campuses, each one following an area of studies.
My review will regard Political Sciences and International Relations, my field of studies.
Firstly, the level of the teachers is generally quite high, and the courses are interesting and well taught. Whilst the level of education is good, the University - or at least my faculty- has a serious problem: the student per professor ratio is way too high, which means that in every course there will be an average of 70-100 students, which leads to the impossibility of having a student/ professor direct relation and confrontation. Most of the exams are oral and not written - for example, we are not neither used neither tutored on writing essays.

“The best experience”
Salma M
Italy, Undergraduate
Translation/Interpretation, 2021
Overall
This university is way too underrated,
It has the most brilliant teachers in Rome, especially if you look for linguistic degree, is the best place. The place is clean and modern designed, every requirement is there.
The teacher are so kind and they do care about the students needs.
I would recommend if someone want to study in Rome, choose Roma 3....is a very valid option.

As it's smaller than La Sapienza, it's easier to orientate yourself and get to know the lecturers.

Rome at first feels disorganised and chaotic but once you settle into the rhythm its a friendly and very fun city to live in. I recommend doing a year there rather than 6 months if possible.

“At Roma Tre University”

Overall

Overall
I found a good offer of courses and lectures. A good, well furnished library and spaces for studying. It was easy to meet professors for explanations. I had the opportunity to study abroad, awarded with an Erasmus scholarship. Very well organized, from offices to professors, quite available.
