the first month I always speak portughese and spanish with other erasmus students. But after it I started to speak with italians and people who speak italian, so my italian became improved. the best way to learn is to speak from the first day.

Der italienisch Kurs ist ganz okay und das gute ist, dass man hier auch gleich viele andere Erasmusstudenten kennen lernt. Also schaut einfach mal hin und dann könnts ja entscheiden was ihr macht's. Der Kurs ist normalerweise einmal in der Woche und die Themen, die behandelt werden, sind meistens sehr praxisrelevant.

i had no problem with the italian language during my stay in italy. but people who decide to travel to italy should have some basic knowledge in italian because people in italy speak very bad english.

I had the possibility to talk also to the Italian students and this helped me a lot to improve my language. Going to the cinema and watching TV helped me to learn to understand the language a lot.

It's just a matter of time till you start to speak as you would like to. The direct contact with the people and the continuous praxis made it very easy to understand others and express myself.

It was in generall good and the teachers were so comprehensives in the exams.And the Italians,in general,they try to help you with the language
