OverallLa verdad que la disciplina de la psicología cuya meta es el bienestar psicológico mayor, se basa en la comprensión de la naturaleza de las emociones humanas y su diferente gestión en todo entorno. Se debe entender al ser humano, entendernos nuestras vulnerabilidades y la construcción de nuestras representaciones mentales del entornos desde los primeros años de vida, para entndeder las diferencias individuales de cada persona.
El grado en psicología da un enfoque demasiado científico queriendo defender la psicología como disciplina que utiliza el método científico y siempre desde una única posición llamada cognitivo-conductual.
Además del enfoque experimental que trabaja mucho la UNiversidad, como el saber interpretar dígitos, curvaturas, y analizar respuestas del comportamiento de ratas en el laboratorio, saber interpretar aplicar fórmulas estadísticas e interpretar gráficos para estudios de muestreo, la psicología se basa en entender la sociedad. Partir de la base que la sociedad, el núcleo familiar y la educación son pilares que ejercen un papel fundamental en el desarrollo del ser humano, y en su futura condición de "salud mental", definida no por causa genética o biológica (de lo que se habla mucho en la UB) sino por historial conflictivo en su desarrollo como persona. De eso se habla poco en la carrera. Falta de herramientas para reconducir ataques de ansiedad, además de saber identificarlos, no te enseñan a combatirlos

It is difficult to adapt to a different culture. If i had known this in advance, i would have taken a language course in order to know to language better and to adapt easier.

For me, the university was only a reason to come to Barcelona. The university itself is fine. But if you come here, you will be spending most/all of your time in the amazing city itself, soaking everything in. It is a great city and an alright school.

Travel - go everywhere. General - have fun. Don't cut corners to save a buck unless you are really strapped for cash. The whole reason you are here is to do things that you would not regularly have a chance to do. Take advantage of the situation.

i'm enjoying myself too much its a beautiful experience,and i remembered taht i wanted to leave but now i believe that this the most beautiful year of my life,because i've learned to live alone whitout my mum,i've kown a lot of people,and barcelona its fantastic

Although I did not have a chance to experience the Universitat de Barcelona to its full extent, the facilities there are great and the faculty are renowed. I believe that studies at the UB would be valuable and enjoyable to a foreign student, and his or her time in the city an unforgettable experience.

Make the effort to step outside of your comfort zone while in Barcelona. If your focus is to improve your Spanish or Catalan skills, take any opportunity to practice these languages. Talk to your classmates. Sign up for a language exchange. Take advantage of your time in Barcelona, you won't regret any of it!
