If you know english more or less well, you'll have no problem for studying and living in Sweden. Although it's quite useful to learn at least some everyday phrases in Swedish.

As far as concern english no probno an lem, because I have been speaking english since I was 4.
As far as swedish is concerned it was a good chance to learn a new language
