Human Resources Manager Apprenticeship (m/f/d)

Beschreibung:

Within the Human Resources team, you will be involved in all HR missions and topics, in support of team members. In particular, you will contribute to the following activities:

· Individual relationships:
* Drafting contracts, amendments and certificates
* Coordination of entry and exit procedures
* Participation in annual professional and evaluation interview campaigns
* Legal watch

· Training:
* Participation in the development of jobs/sector training courses
* Participation in the development of the training budget and its monitoring
* Deployment of the Skills Development Plan
* Participation in international working groups

· Communication:
* In connection with the communication and marketing department, coordination of HR communications
* Development and management of targeted campaigns (QWL, Diversity, etc.)

· Data:
* HR data quality management
* Participation in the implementation of new HR tools, local or group.

· Recruiting:
* Participation in the recruitment of work-study students

· Social relationships:
* Participation in the development of social dashboards (headcount, absenteeism,...)
* Preparation, in collaboration with the HR team, of mandatory annual consultations

· HR projects:
* You will be required to participate in various HR projects, such as: Employer brand project, intranet, SIRH, implementation of a participation agreement...

You may be required to participate in other HR tasks, depending on the needs of the department and your skills, which will be an excellent approach to all areas of human resources.

At the end of this experience, you will have a good general knowledge of the functioning of an HR department within a large international group.
