**Digital Sales Apprentice - Times Media**
**Length: 24 months FTC**

**Being an apprentice at The Times:** During your time with us you will earn above living wage, get full training, study towards a level 4 Sales qualification (with your course fees paid). You will also receive mentoring/coaching from the industry's best, as well as any other equity you might need to fulfil your full potential.
**Your team:** This apprenticeship sits within the wider Times Media Brand Sales Team - a fully 360, cross-platform team responsible for selling across every channel, including print, magazines, digital and audio. As the central hub of our commercial strategy, the Brand Sales Team are true experts in our products, platforms and audiences.
Working closely within this structure, you'll be embedded in our Digital Specialist Team, who focus exclusively on driving digital growth - from video and display to podcast monetisation. Your role will support our digital sales leads, with a particular emphasis on helping our growing podcast revenue, & contributing directly to hitting our wider digital sales targets.
**Your role:** As Times Media continues to rapidly scale its digital revenues, we're setting bold ambitions for the next five years, and you will be part of that journey. This brand-new apprenticeship position offers a rare chance to learn the commercial publishing world from the inside, gaining hands-on experience across both digital sales, project management, and live campaign delivery.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Sales, you'll support the selling and smooth running of digital advertising solutions including display, branded content, video, social and audio. You'll play an active role in managing cross-platform campaigns, helping ensure they launch successfully, perform and leave our clients and partners well-served.
You'll take ownership of key tasks such as leading third-party ACAST campaigns to help grow our podcast revenue and supporting our digital specialist team with their campaign activity.
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds & insight into the full end-to-end sales cycle; growing your sales skills & developing campaign management & client servicing skills. You'll be at the heart of how campaigns are pitched, sold, delivered and optimised, gaining the commercial confidence and industry knowledge to build a future career in digital media.
**Day to day you will:**
+ Support the digital sales leads by preparing sales materials, proposals and availability checks for client briefs.
+ Help set up, track and manage live digital and podcast campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and timely reporting.
+ Liaise with internal teams to gather information, assets and updates for campaigns.
+ Take ownership of third-party ACAST podcast campaigns - coordinating workflow, monitoring performance and sharing results.
+ Assist with administrative and CRM tasks, including updating pipeline activity, organising meetings, and keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
