Designation- Operations (Apprentice)
Function - Operations
SBU - Products
Location - Turbhe, Navi MUmbai

Key Responsitbilities:

* Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, capturing client preferences, needs, and interaction history.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, content, and functionality of company portals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support.
* Monitor product usage, identify opportunities to increase utilization, and enhance client value.
* Address client feedback effectively to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline) or relevant professional qualification.
* Open to freshers; internship experience is an added advantage.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Experience or interest in customer relationship management is preferred.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills.
