Propósito del rol

Buscamos un perfil técnico que actúe como referente en automatización dentro del site, liderando proyectos de conectividad e industria 4.0.
La posición tendrá un rol central en la integración de máquinas, sistemas y datos, siendo responsable de definir soluciones, redactar especificaciones técnicas y gestionar proveedores para asegurar implementaciones robustas y escalables.

Principales responsabilidades

* Liderar proyectos de automatización enfocados en conectividad de equipos y captura de datos (OEE, performance, etc.).
* Definir arquitecturas de automatización y conectividad (PLC - SCADA - HMI - sistemas externos).
* Redactar especificaciones técnicas (URS) y requerimientos para proveedores.
* Gestionar y supervisar proveedores externos, asegurando calidad técnica de las soluciones.
* Participar activamente en la implementación de redes OT (industrial network) e integración con IT.
* Asegurar la correcta comunicación entre sistemas industriales mediante protocolos de comunicación.
* Coordinar la integración de datos de planta hacia sistemas de monitoreo y análisis.
* Ejecutar proyectos considerando estándares de calidad, EHS y regulaciones.
* Participar en iniciativas de digitalización e Industria 4.0 dentro del site.

Perfil requerido

Formación

* Ingeniería Electrónica, Automatización o carreras afines.

Experiencia (clave)

* Experiencia previa en automatización industrial, idealmente combinando:
* Experiencia técnica en automatización
* Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
* Conocimientos en:
* Programación y arquitectura PLC (ideal Siemens)
* SCADA y HMI
* Integración de sistemas industriales
* Protocolos de comunicación (ej.: OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, TCP/IP)
* Redes OT y conectividad industrial
* Experiencia en proyectos de:
* Integración de máquinas a sistemas de datos
* Captura automática de indicadores de producción
* Conectividad industrial / Industria 4.0
* Valorable:
* Experiencia en robótica
* Experiencia en consumo masivo, automotriz o industrias avanzadas en automatización.

Conocimientos técnicos

* Capacidad de definir soluciones técnicas (no solo ejecutar o coordinar).
* Redacción de especificaciones técnicas (URS, pliegos).
* Conocimiento de arquitectura de automatización y sistemas industriales.
* Integración de datos y sistemas productivos.
* Herramientas: Excel avanzado, Project, AutoCAD (deseable).

* Fuerte criterio técnico y autonomía.
* Capacidad de interactuar de igual a igual con proveedores especializados.
* Liderazgo sin reporte directo (gestión de equipos indirectos/proveedores).
* Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas.
* Proactividad y capacidad de ejecución.
* Capacidad de traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones técnicas.

Idiomas

* Inglés intermedio/avanzado (mínimo nivel para interactuar con stakeholders globales).

Condiciones del rol

* Posición presencial.
* Se requiere disponibilidad para acompañar implementaciones en planta (incluyendo eventuales trabajos fuera de horario habitual).
