The Contract Performance Management Office (CPMO) is a cross-functional team responsible for overseeing the execution and monitoring of contractual commitments within Service. At the same time, CPMO plays a key role in ensuring the consistency and robustness of contract assumptions, bridging technical, commercial, and operational perspectives throughout the contract lifecycle. Working closely with Service Sales, Service Operations, Finance, and Legal, the department supports alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilities and contributes to informed, data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Cost Assumptions Ownership
* Own and validate the cost assumptions supporting Service bids, ensuring alignment with realistic performance expectations while enabling competitive positioning.
* Translate forecasted failure rates and operational conditions into robust cost projections, considering fleet characteristics, site conditions, and regional context.
* Leverage historical data and trends to develop forward-looking cost models for long-term Service agreements, balancing competitiveness and risk.
Commercial-Cost Alignment
* Ensure alignment between commercial commitments (such as maintenance scope, availability levels, and contractual mechanisms) and underlying cost assumptions.
* Identify and address gaps between commercial proposals and cost models, proposing adjustments where needed to maintain both competitiveness and sustainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to develop and validate cost assumptions, providing inputs, assumptions, and boundary conditions.
* Partner with Sales to support the development of competitive and sustainable Service offerings.
* Work closely with Service Operations to ensure alignment between projected costs and operational realities.
* Coordinate with contract and commercial functions to ensure consistency between cost assumptions and contract terms.
Regional Consistency
* Promote consistency of cost assumptions across bids and countries within the LATAM region.
* Contribute to the standardization of cost modeling methodologies and reference data.
* Capture lessons learned from contract execution to continuously refine assumptions and improve future proposals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience in technical, commercial, or cost-related roles within the wind energy or broader energy sector.
* Solid analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical inputs and performance drivers into structured and robust cost assumptions.
* Solid understanding of service operations, key performance drivers, and long-term contract structures (e.g. availability-based agreements).
* Ability to work in cross-functional environments and engage effectively with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
* Nacional and International experience in working with bids and request for quotation process
