Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The position has a large scope in Continuous Improvement, being the responsible for the MOTOR+. Besides that, the role even has as scope, the operational and autonomous maintenance guardian, is the co-responsible for the creation, implementation and sustainability of the new Career Plan and the new variable wage model for operators. The position also has responsibilities for the Sorocaba (is the unique Multicategory site in Brazil, connecting the Salty, & Total Foods with diverse technologies) initiavtives management, being the responsible for the data collection, analysis and diagnosis of productivity matters. Also this position is repossible for in Sorocaba & the Total Foods management (Petrolina (Manuf. WHS & the two coconut farms (Agro)) & Feira de Santana).
Your Impact
* Management the MOTOR model Transformation (The Operations management Model). MOTOR+ is a transformational program that empower front line and through autonomy, improve operational KPIs, acting as a bench to Brazil & LatAm implementation;
* Monitoring MOTOR+ Program in 2 areas (Manufacturing and DC Warehouse Sorocaba). MOTOR+ is a transformational program that empower front line and through autonomy, improve operational KPIs, acting as a bench to Brazil & LatAm implementation;
* Also Manager the CI Managers to Monitoring MOTOR+ Program in other 4 sites (Feira de Santana, Petrolina, Matrx Farm & Filial Farm).
* Reponsible to implement, harmonize & manager the Operational Autonomy into Motor Model.
* Manage the other areas on the model (EHS, Quality, HR, MOS & Maintenance)
* Manage & control connected to HR area the Commitees (Quality Life & Recognition), to grow the OHS & good environment.
* Equalize & Monitoring the Variable Wages (RACE) in Sorocaba Site reviewing the program, linking the payment with Ops KPIs resulting in front line engagement and commitment to deliver productivity;
* Management of the action plans on site. All actions connected with Motor to improve the business results.
* Focus on developing a culture of Operations Autonomy, including maintenance standards & suggest the routines will be to adapt and implement the routines. Manage the other areas on the model (EHS, Quality, HR, MOS & Maintenance)
* Act as coach and give advisory of Site Leader, facilitator and Directors about Motor;
* Partner with HR to structure a formal training Program for every role inside Sorocaba plant. Focus on Human, Administrative and Technical training to guarantee flawless execution of their jobs, Performance targets achievement and Safety and Quality standards. Assure the Plants training matrix is aligned to regional standards.
* Support to connect the Lean Six Sigma methodology to Motor+;
* Participate in the planning of annual productivity goals, detailing by projects, in order to create attainable goals to be understood and worked on by all business plants;
* Acting as a facilitator with regard to improving the work environment;
* Ensure the confidentiality of matters in your area of expertise and plan the timing of the disclosure of information under your responsibility.
* Compose with the Operations team a team dedicated to obtaining the results of the area, fulfilling its role with autonomy within the overall vision, sense of cooperation and interdependence among people.
* Deal with process deviations through quality tools & support the Quality on the 5S Implementation.
* Comply with the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Work Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and the PEPSICO
* Knowing, complying with and enforcing Quality, Food Safety, EHS and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Storage Practices.
* Support to Site Leader to Monitor and guide the supervision to reduce losses in the process, making it possible to achieve the real cost equal to or less than the standard and the planned result for the Efficiency, Yield, Packaging Loss and Quality and People Management indicators to obtain a cohesive team and guides the company's objectives
