Cloud Sales Partner

About the role

As a Cloud Sales Partner, you will make an impact by supporting the growth and success of our partner ecosystem through proactive business development, partner engagement, and data-driven insights. You will be a valued member of the Partner Advisory team and work collaboratively with account managers and cross-functional teams across regions to drive partner performance and deliver strong customer outcomes.

In this role, you will:

* Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned partners, supporting them across key stages of the business development lifecycle.
* Execute outbound engagement activities (calls and emails) to identify decision-makers, build rapport, assess needs, and qualify opportunities.
* Clearly articulate product and solution value propositions to businesses across multiple industries and company sizes.
* Support and contribute to outbound sales campaigns, from idea generation through initial pitch and pipeline qualification.
* Manage opportunities and maintain accurate data within the CRM system to ensure clear pipeline visibility.
* Collaborate closely with account managers to align on partner priorities, pipeline status, and next steps.
* Analyze partner performance, market dynamics, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues, maximize retention, and improve the overall partner experience.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and supporting process optimization efforts.

Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position in Brazil, with work conducted from a Cognizant office (Sky Corporate).

Work shift

* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (local time)

What you need to have to be considered

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in a B2B sales, business development, or partner-facing role, preferably within a SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* English proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory), as trainings and cross-functional collaboration are conducted primarily with global teams based in India and the United States.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in outbound phone and email interactions.
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.

These will help you stand out

* Understanding of cloud computing concepts and the cloud service provider ecosystem.
* Internship or prior experience within sales, business development, or customer-facing teams.
* Comfort working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
* A proactive, coachable attitude with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Strong motivation to build a long-term career in partner advisory or business development
