As a Project Support Analyst I, Interactive Response Technology (IRT) at ICON, you will provide essential support for Interactive Response Technology (IRT) projects, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the coordination and execution of IRT projects, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans.
* Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to enquiries, suggestions and requests.
* Resolves complex customer inquiries and requests appropriately and efficiently maintaining strong client relationships.
* Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
* Perform project support activities in a manner that is in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations.
* Make independent judgments to complete tasks/requests as appropriate for studies
* Resolve critical/complex requests made by ICON HelpDesk
* Provide critical input to Project Management for proactive resolutions and improvements
* Liaise with internal and external clients on project support related matters
* Maintain confidentiality of project information as appropriate
* Other responsibilities may be assigned as required
* Tracking communications, day to day activities and cases into a ticketing/service management tool.

Required qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, life sciences, or business administration.
* Experience in a support role within project management or a related field, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing effective support and facilitating team collaboration.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project tasks.
