Supervisor SAC

Beschreibung:

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications. Checking for inappropriate content and modifying and/or deleting messages that are in breach of the moderation guidelines.

* Supervisión del equipo SAC en turnos.

* Control de tiempos de respuesta y resolución.

* Gestión de escalamientos y casos complejos.

* Reporte de incidencias y apoyo a mejora continua de flujos.
