The LATAM Finance Consolidation & Controllership Lead is the integrated finance owner for Operating Unit-level consolidation, performance management, analytics and controllership outcomes within the FPCRA model.
The role ensures that OU-level actuals, forecasts, and outlooks are consolidated accurately, governed robustly, and translated into clear performance insights for the OU business and proactively partners with the OU Finance Head and LT.

Acting as the bridge between market/cluster FPCRA teams and & Group Finance, the role delivers one consistent OU finance narrative across statutory integrity, management reporting, and forward-looking performance.

Key Responsibilities
OU Consolidation & Financial Integrity
* Own OU-level consolidation of actuals, forecasts, and plans across markets and clusters
* Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and key performance metrics
* Act as primary point of contact for Group Consolidation and Corporate Finance at OU level
* Coordinate resolution of consolidation issues, eliminations, and inter-market dependencies

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
* Lead OU-level planning and forecasting coordination, consolidating market and cluster submissions
* Ensure alignment of assumptions, phasing, risks, and opportunities across the OU
* Analyse movements across plan, forecast, and actuals, providing clear OU-level insights and drivers
* Support OU performance reviews with high-quality analytics and narratives
Controllership & Governance (OU View)
* Provide OU-level controllership oversight, ensuring strong governance, review discipline, and judgment application
* Partner with Finance Controllers, Accounting & COE Leads, and Compliance Lead to ensure control issues are identified and resolved
* Act as escalation point for OU-wide financial risks, estimates, and material judgments
Reporting & Analytics
* Own OU-level management reporting and analytics packs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and decision usefulness
* Ensure tight linkage between actuals, outlook, and strategic performance messages
* Drive standardisation of OU reporting in line with FPCRA principles
* FPCRA Leadership, Coordination & Enablement
* Coordinate across Commercial Controllers, FPCRA Leads (Cluster/Market), P&F Leads, and COEs

Knowledge/Education Required
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field (Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, etc, preferred).
* Experience in Controllership, accounting, internal control, R2R processes
* Team management and leadership
* Questioning and Challenging mindset
* Minimum 12 years in financial controlling, auditing, or accounting roles within multinational companies and regional roles.
* Proven experience compliance, audit and related roles, working in a matrix environment.
